We’ve been struck by the strike

Whether we like or dislike,

So come grab a mike;

Let’s protest!



For salary increase,

Right use of GDPs,

And proper treatment, please!

Let’s protest!



“In the budget”, they say,

“We’ll allocate more pay”.

By then we’d have gone grey;

Let’s protest!



Discussions are planned.

Troops in, the resolute band.

Before the Secretary they stand.

Let’s protest!



Students are all ears,

Parents fret in tears,

All wait for the “no” or the “yes”;

Let’s protest!



However, it turns out

That all they’ve talked about

Is the “possibility” of the “Rex”

Considering the request!

LET’S PROTEST!
