President of the Federation of University Teachers’ Associations Dr. Nirmal Ranjith Dewasiri said that the FUTA unanimously decided to defy the call for arbitration to settle the ongoing dispute.“There is no legal basis for this call and it won’t solve the issue of the strike action”. (ISA)
